Due to the nature of consulting services, which involve the provision of expertise, analysis, and time, fees paid for consultation sessions or packages are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered or commenced.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation session, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling or, in specific circumstances determined at our sole discretion, a partial or full refund.

Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellation or failing to attend a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital content, purchases of digital products or courses are typically final and non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrable technical issue preventing access to the purchased content that we are unable to resolve, a refund may be considered at our discretion. Please contact us with details of the issue.
